ALLIANZ Global Investors Office. Shanghai, China. 2022 [Workplace]
Project Introduction
The proposal was to fit-out and design the new space for LBBW Shanghai Branch in the 33rd floor of Shanghai Tower, the tallest tower in China and the second one in the world.
The space has about 1100m² and fit-out was challenging due to the requirements from client under the feng shui conditioning, the limitation of space and flexibility because of the structure of the building and the regulations from the BOM.
Mood Board & Concept
As the facade twists and turns from bottom to top, the idea of turning looking and connecting with the city is taken to develop the concept to design and distribute the interior.
Client is interested on applying feng shui on the whole space so the total degrees to turn and to divide the different sections are considered by special numbers defined by this practice. And at the same time having certain connection with the city and the city with the interior design.
